Aimee Carrero is the first Latin princess with Disney’s Elena of Avalor. She also took on the voice role as She-Ra for Netflix’s She-Ra and The Princess of Power.⁠

Since her breakout role on “The Americans”, Carrero has been working non-stop. She can be seen on the big screen in Fox Searchlight’s “The Menu” starring Ralph Fiennes. Carrero also stars in the Apple+ film “Spirited” opposite Ryan Reynolds and Will Ferrell. Additional film credits include “Mack & Rita”, “Wander Darkly”, “Holidate”, “The Last Witch Hunter”, “Alvin and The⁠
Chipmunks: The Squeakquel” and the short “Dylan”.⁠

On the small screen, Carrero has received acclaimed for her role in the Netflix limited series “Maid” opposite Margaret Qualley, playing the role of Danielle, a domestic abuse survivor. Her role earned her an Imagen Award nomination for “Best Supporting Actress – Drama (Television)”. She was also seen in Paramount+ limited series “The Offer” and Amazon’s original series “The Consultant” opposite Christoph Waltz. Additional TV credits include Freeform’s “Young & Hungry”, an arc on “Blindspot” and “The Village”, American Horror Story, “Level up”.⁠

On Stage, early this year, she made her Los Angeles Theater debut at the Geffen Playhouse in Edward Albe’s “Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?” in the role of Honey opposite Graham Phillips, Calista Flockhart and Zachary Quito. Additional off-Broadway credits include “The Portuguese Kid” at The Manhattan Theater Club and “What Rhymes with America”.⁠
