Meeting and Greeting Celebrity Actors

These are the different ways to see or meet a celebrity actor at Phoenix Fan Fusion.

PANELS

Actors participate in panels* at the show, which are included in your badge purchase giving you a chance to hear your favorite actor speak without any additional cost! Many take questions from the audience during their panel and some will even jump into the audience themselves! A line will form at a microphone in the center aisle if the actor starts taking audience questions. Actors rarely have more than one panel for the weekend even if they attend multiple days, so be sure to not miss out.

The Main Celebrity Panels are in Ballroom 301, located in the West Building Third floor.

*Seating is not guaranteed due to room capacity limits, and we do not clear the room between panels.

PHOTO OPS

Photo ops are offered by many of the actors for a fee. This is a quick chance to get a photo with your favorite celebrity, but it's not enough time to talk to them. These photos are taken

by a professional photographer in front of an official Fan Fusion backdrop and you'll receive an 8"x10" print of your photo within minutes (no autograph comes with these photos). Up to four attendees can be included in the photo (not counting the actor), making this a great option for families or groups of friends. Actors typically schedule one photo op time period per day so you'll need to plan accordingly.

The Celebrity Photo Op Booth is located in the Lower Level Exhibit Hall & Hall of Heroes, inside Hall 1.

AUTOGRAPHS

Purchasing an autograph gives you the chance to meet an actor and have a quick chat with them. Almost all actors have a fee for autographs and the fee is typically for one autograph only (you may purchase additional autographs at their listed price). You can generally bring your own item to have signed or choose from a printed photo that most actors have available (this printed photo is included in the price of the autograph). Your family or friends can typically join you in line as you meet an actor for an autograph.

All actors and other guests are located in our Lower Level Exhibit Hall & Hall of Heroes, located in Halls 1-6.

SELFIES

Some actors will offer selfies with them at their autograph table during their autograph sessions for an additional fee. These selfies are taken on your phone and there are usually Talent Assistants around to help take the photo for you.

SAYING HELLO

You might be able to say hello to a celebrity without buying anything, but not all of them have the time to do so. Just ask the Fan Fusion Crew member at the end of the autograph line if you can get in line to say hi. Please understand that if the line is long this opportunity may be limited or not available.

Where do I go if I never received a refund/replacement for my 2020 ticket? I forgot to ask last year when the con was happening cause I didn't have the spending money to go, but I never received a 2022 ticket replacement or even a refund from my 2020 ticket when covid closed the con down.

I’ve been to Comic Cons prior. Can we buy photos to be autographed at the table or is it best to purchase the autograph ahead of time without seeing them(especially for the bigger named popular stars)?

Last year and the previous few years I have been, you can bring your own photo. However pay attention to the autograph package your purchase. Sometimes the photo is at the table and they will not not sign a different one. But I have seen many allow it as well. It just depends really but most of the time you can provide you own picture. Collectibles however have different rules for different actors too so read the fine print of the voucher purchase.
