Phoenix Fan Fusion is an annual multi-genre pop culture convention celebrating fandoms like comics, anime, movies, TV shows, gaming, and more. It features celebrity guests, panels, cosplay, gaming tournaments, an exhibitor hall, and countless fan experiences.

Phoenix Fan Fusion events are generally all-ages and family-friendly unless otherwise indicated. Costumes and cosplay are encouraged, but attendees are asked to be mindful of those around them, especially children. The event abides by state laws for nudity and indecent exposure. Additionally, children under 3 years old can attend for free, and there are discounted passes for kids aged 3 to 12.

No, outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the Phoenix Convention Center. However, the venue offers various dining options, including the PHX Kitchens Downtown Food Hall, exhibit hall concessions, vending machines, and Starbucks. Food trucks are also typically available during the event. Empty refillable water containers are allowed.

Your purchgase of a membership to Phoenix Fan Fusion will provide you with a badge for in-and-out access to our convention for the specific day or full weekend you purchase. You will have access to the Lower Level Exhibit Hall & Hall of Heroes, Game Tabletopia, Arcade Oasis, plus our entire Events and Activities schedule* including celebrity panels, Signature Events, Spectacular Showcases, and After Dark Parties.
*Seating is not guaranteed at any specific event due to room capacity limits. We do not clear panel rooms between events. A few workshops, charity fundraisers, or special events do require a separate paid admission.

Most Guests will sign autographs when they are not in a Photo Op or Celebrity Panel. Purchasing an autograph gives you the chance to meet the actor and have a quick chat with them. All actors charge a fee for autographs and the fee is for one autograph only. You can generally bring your own item to have signed or choose from a printed photo that the actors have available. Most actors have different pricing and items available for sale, so be sure to check the actor's page on our website for a price list. You family or friends can join you in line for the autograph.

The Phoenix Convention Center strictly prohibits all outside food and beverage. They will make reasonable accommodations for those with medical conditions or parents of infant children. Empty refillable water containers are allowed.
Roller skates/blades or other wheeled items such as skateboards and hoverboards may not be brought, worn, or used in the convention space.
Folding chairs are prohibited but small folding camping stools are allowed. Should you have any questions, please email a photo of your chair or stool to eva@phoenixfanfusion.com
Real and replica firearms of any kind, regardless of how unrealistic it looks, or what material is it made of, are prohibited. This includes any weapon resembling a firearm such as a Star Wars blaster, Nerf guns, toy guns, Overwatch firearms, etc.

All Phoenix Fan Fusion events are all ages and family-friendly unless otherwise indicated. Costumes, cosplay, and "acting the part" are always encouraged, but please be aware of the people around you, especially when children are present. Phoenix Fan Fusion abides by state laws for nudity and indecent exposure: A.R.S. §13-1402. Inappropriate costumes may result in a request from our staff to change aspects of your costume. Failure to do so may result in revocation of your membership badge and removal from the event. We have three secured entrtances, each with an enhanced security screening process. Once you have your badge, you will go through a bag and prop check and metal detector screening area.

Memberships are only sold online. You can add on badge shipping for an additional cost. Once purchased, bring your QR code onsite to our Redemption station to pick up your badge. Badges can be picked up beginning Friday of our event. You can pick your badges for any day beginning Friday, but don't worry about picking up early if you're not set to attend until a later day.

Phoenix Fan Fusion does not own any nearby parking garages, nor do we set pricing, nor do we receive any money from parking. We provide links to nearby garages as a service to our attendees, exhibitors, and crew. Parking links will be posted here

Photo ops can be purchased online in advance through FirebirdPix. Photo ops can also be purchased onsite, at our Point of Sale booth located in Hall 1. We encourage you to buy in advance online, as many photo ops can and do sell out!

If you wish to take photos or video of a cosplayer or attendee, you should gain direct consent from each person in your shot. Taking secret photos of cosplayers is not permitted at any time. Memberships are nonrefundable. Purchaser assumes all risk of delay, schedule conflict, or cancellation of guest appearances.
In the event of a guest cancellation, autograph and photo op purchases with that guest will be refunded.

We have lost and found onsite at the Info Desk near the Phx Kitchen Downtown Food Hall in the North Building.
After the show, any lost and found items are handled by the Phoenix Convention Center. Contact the Phoenix Convention Center Operations Center at (602) 262-7271 to inquire about lost items.

Should you feel unsafe: please speak to any member wearing a Phoenix Fan Fusion CREW badge, any security personnel, or Police Officers stationed throughout the event.

Copper Star Home Medical offers wheelchairs and scooters for rent. We recommend pre-booking. The link will be posted here approximately one month prior to the show.

Per the Phoenix Convention Center, Service Animals are allowed in accordance with ADA requirements. Per those guidelines only a dog or miniature horse that is “individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities” can be considered a service animal. Emotional Support or Comfort animals are not permitted on Convention Center property.

ADA identification stickers are available throughout the event to signal our staff when additional assistance may be needed. Stickers are available at all Redemption locations, at the North Building Information Desk, and the Exhibit Manager’s Desk in the Lower Level Exhibit Hall. Elevators are available and monitored by security.
ADA seating is available in 301A and 301BCD. These seats are marked with ADA covers and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving early to secure a spot.
Queue Lines are made accessible to those in scooters, wheelchairs and other mobility devices.
ASL requests for panels may be submitted, and the form will be linked here once available.
The Diversity Lounge in West 213AB offers a quiet space to decompress.

Attendees having a medical emergency should call 9-1-1 and then notify security or a crew member for further assistance. Emergency Medical Technicians are onsite. For non-urgent assistance, speak to a crew member or security personnel.

The Phoenix Convention Center offers two 4ft x 8ft private Mamava nursing pods for breastfeeding guests. The nursing pods are in the atrium of the West Building and the second level of the North Building. Guests can unlock the pods by downloading the free Mamava app or by visiting the Information Desk and speaking with a Convention Center Guest Experience Representative.

RC Cars, planes, and drones are not prermitted at the Phoenix Convention Center. Tripods, monopods, external lighting, selfie sticks, and cameras with lenses with a focal length longer than 85mm are not permitted into the event without a Press badge.

Bag and personal item storage is available on Third Street. Phoenix Fan Fusion assumes no responsibility for any lost items.

All material must be original or licensed appropriately. Bootleg or copied materials may not be sold.
