Scott Serkland is the creator of Young and the Dead, a kids-versus-zombies adventure comic book series. In addition, he educates aspiring comic artists on YouTube through his popular series Making Comics 101, a comprehensive free resource focused on the process of creating comics. As a companion to that series, Scott has also published the Make Your Own Comics collection—more than 25 workbooks and exercises designed to help artists develop and strengthen their skills. When he’s not working on comics, @serkworks explores stacks of retro ephemera in an ongoing effort to dissect, deconstruct, and demystify the world of nostalgia.
