Wednesday, May 25: 3:00pm to 9:00pm (Exhibitors must leave the hall by 10pm)

Thursday, May 26: 7:00am to 9:00pm (Exhibitors must leave the hall by 10pm)

Exhibitors loading in on Wednesday and Thursday must submit their RSVP with the Load-in RSVP form linked above if they are using the dock. Exhibitors not using the dock, do not need to RSVP.

Exhibitors using the dock will stage first at the Tonto Marshalling Yard (1102 E Tonto St, Phoenix, AZ 85034) where they will check-in, line up, and then proceed to the dock entrance when cleared.

Use of the dock is limited to 15 minutes. Exhibitors need to unload their vehicles, leave the dock, then return for setup.

Space is very limited if Exhibitors chose to load in from the street. Areas will be monitored by Phoenix Police.

Friday, May 27: 8:00am to 9:30am - Exhibitor Hall opens to Attendees at 10:00am

Exhibitors loading in on Friday must use Entrance E located on the East side of the facility between Washington St and Monroe St. Check in will be available and all items will be searched before entering the building.

Space is very limited if Exhibitors chose to load in from the street. Areas will be monitored by Phoenix Police.


Sunday, May 29: 5:00pm to 10:00pm (Exhibitor Hall closes at 5:00pm)

Tonto Marshalling Yard will not open until after 5:00pm

Exhibitors wanting to use the dock will need to be cleared by Phoenix Fan Fusion staff. Once the exhibitor space is packed up, a staff member will give you a Tonto Pass. The pass must be physically brought to the Tonto Marshalling Yard in order to enter the yard for staging. Each vehicle accessing the yard will need a Tonto Pass.

Space is very limited if Exhibitors chose to load out from the street. Areas will be monitored by Phoenix Police.

Exhibitors must be packed up no later than 9pm.

Exhibitor Badges

Each Exhibitor space (booth or table) purchased comes with three Exhibitor Badges. Example: One space will get three Exhibitor Badges, four spaces will receive 12 badges.

Exhibitors may purchase up to three additional badges total (no matter how many spaces were purchased) for $65 each with a credit card at the Exhibitor Manager's Booth.

Exhibitor Access & Entry

Exhibitors without additional product, boxes or tubs may use any entrance to enter the show once the show it open.


Exhibitors with additional product, boxes, and tubs must to use Entrance E which is located on 5th St between Washington St and Monroe St.

Entrance E is for facility staff, crew, and exhibitors only. Searches will still be completed at this all entries.



Bring your unique, geeky, pop culture product to our attendees

Exploring and shopping in our Exhibitor Hall is the #1 activity and highlight our attendees experience during their day (or weekend) at Fan Fusion.  We feature a curated exhibitor hall for those whose products or services cover pop culture.  Comic Books, Superheroes, Sci Fi, Horror, Anime, Gaming, and Fantasy are all accepted genres we celebrate.  

We seek to showcase those vendors and artists, authors, creators, and dealers who fit these genres and who offer a product, or in limited cases, a service, that is able to be redeemed by our attendees onsite.  We want our attendees to walk away with smiles and bags of purchased goodies that they can only get at Phoenix Fan Fusion.   

Phoenix Fan Fusion offers five types of space: four table (Artist, Author, Creator, Dealer) and one booth type.  You may only apply for one table type, though you may apply for one table type AND an Exhibitor Corner Booth if you wish to increase your chances of obtaining space within Phoenix Fan Fusion 2022. Please read the table type descriptions carefully, and email exhibitor@phoenixfanfusion.com with any questions.

We anticipate space will be extremely limited for our May 27-29, 2022 event.

We do not accept multi-level marketing, cosmetic, toiletries (which include bath or body related products), or food related creators or vendors.  The Phoenix Convention Center further restricts vendors from selling any airsoft replica guns, knives, swords, or live steel products.

EXHIBITOR CORNER BOOTH APPLICATION (for new or returning vendors)

A 10’x10′ booth open to exhibitors, artists, authors, crafters, and creators whose work, product, or services cover the pop culture genres listed above.

(for new or returning creators)

A 6′ table with 6′ of space behind open to artists, crafters, and creators who design and hand create their own goods and products for sale.  This includes sculptures, jewelry, and figurines, among other art and product styles.  Mass produced or manufactured items are not allowed.

(for new or returning dealers)

A 6′ table with 6′ of space behind open to exhibitors, collectors, and artists selling mass produced product, either items from their own comic book or toy collection, for instance, or their art that has been mass produced on products (such as mugs or t-shirts) where the artist has not personally screen printed the product themselves.

(for new or returning artists)

A 6′ table with 6′ of space behind open to artists creating 2D art, prints, posters, sketches, and drawings.  Priority is given to those artists creating new sequential comic book art and stories, be it published, self-published, or webcomic.

(for new or returning authors or book publishers)

A 6′ table with 6′ of space behind open to authors who have been published or are self-publishing.  The author must be present all three days of the show. Booksellers who are selling others’ books without the author present are recommended to apply for an Exhibitor Corner Booth.
