Deborah Estelle Philips

Deborah Estelle Philips is an American Actress and Southern California native. Multicultural in background, Deborah is of Jamaican and Trinidadian descent. At a young age, she enjoyed exploring her artistic expression, but did not pursue a career in Hollywood until her early twenties. After a few years of auditioning, she eventually began building momentum, making appearances on hit television shows and films such as 7th Heaven, Days of our Lives, Crazy, Stupid Love and The Company We Keep. Deborah is best known for her role as Katie Walker on Power Rangers Time Force.

Since then, Deborah has developed a passion for theater and began performing on-stage at The Rock Church World Outreach Center in San Bernardino with the creative ministry which led to writing, casting and directing. While Deborah is exploring a possible television and film comeback, she is currently an American Immersion Theater actress in Northern California and thoroughly enjoys every opportunity she has to connect with the power ranger fandom at various conventions throughout the world.
